Writer Maryn McKenna has been awarded the 2023 Victor Cohn Prize for Excellence in Medical Science Reporting by the Council for the Advancement of Science Writing.

Atlanta magazine - It pains me to have to include this link. The Washington Post writes about recent editorial departures at the magazine in this August story. The story reports several resignations, including senior editor Heather Buckner, editor Kamille Whittaker, and deputy editor Sam Worley.

Clayton Crescent - Publisher and Editor Robin Kemp has closed down her online news publication.
