We've talked with Martel Sharpe, Managing Editor for The Atlanta Voice; entertainment writer Jewel Wicker who writes for local and national publications; Mike Jordan with the new pub, Canopy Atlanta; and Nicole Smith, Arts & Entertainment editor with the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

East Cobber - Moves to a Sept/Oct and Nov/Dec format for the rest of this year.
Georgia News Network - Rebecca Stewart joins as reporter for weekends. She replaces the departed Gabrielle Ware.

Emilia Brock is now Senior Producer for "Political Rewind," hosted by Bill Nigut.
The "On Second Thought" show is going on hiatus. The last show of the year will be Sept. 4 and they plan to return at the start of 2021. Host Virginia Prescott will continue to focus on long-form stories across GPB's various platforms including radio, digital, and television. During the program hiatus, “On Point” will fill its Friday timeslot. Saturdays will feature “Travel with Rick Steves,” and Sundays listeners can tune in for “Planet Money/How I Built This."
Hypepotamus - Maija Ehlinger joins as Associate Editor.
