Appen Media - At the IFPA Conference in Philadelphia, Appen brought home nine awards, including 2nd place for General Excellence (Northside Woman), 3rd Place for Black Box in Feature Writing, 1st Place for the Appen Podcast Network.
Newsman Jonathan Landrum, who's been covering entertainment news from the Atlanta bureau for many years, is moving to LA. He'll continue on that beat.

Wenk has previously also been covering restaurants, but that piece now shifts to new reporter Alex Gailey.
Bill Husted - We were very sad to see news this month of the passing of former technology reporter Bill Husted. Bill was the paper's "TechnoBuddy" columnist for many years in the '90s.
Raisa Habersham is now the DeKalb Hyperlocal reporter.
Jill Vejnoska retires. She'll be going to graduate school in archival studies.
Erica Hernandez has left the paper for an associate mobile producer position at CNN.
