Mellow Mushroom Serves Up the “Freshman 15” Special; Plus Top Tips to Make Your First Year at College Successful and Mellow
Atlanta (August 2021) – As freshmen head off to college for the first time, there’s no better way to celebrate than with a hot pizza shared with their new school friends. For most students, there’s a Mellow Mushroom located within walking distance of their campus. For a limited time (Aug. 9 - Oct. 3, 2021), students can take advantage of the “Freshman 15” special, featuring a small cheese pizza, pretzel bites, and a fountain beverage for $15.
“Enjoying a hot pizza in your dorm is a staple of college life and Mellow Mushroom is making that accessible and economical for college students,” said Anne Mejia, Mellow Mushroom Vice President of Brand Development.
Mejia adds: “That first year of college can be daunting, so we also wanted to offer some advice to make students’ freshman year successful and mellow!”
